Currently, we are unable to take on any tech work besides repairs done under warranty.

All AEG (Electric) RIFs come with a 12-month warranty period.
All Gas and Spring RIFs come with a 6-month warranty period.
All other products 12 months unless stated.
Any Warranties stated longer than above by manufactures will be handled by manufactures and your selfs.

If returning a product for repairs under warranty, please include all receipts as proof of purchase for we cannot proceed without confirmation that the product was purchased within its respective warranty period.

We accept all of the above payment options. If you would like to make a visit to our store but would prefer to pay via credit, you can place the order online and collect straight away!
Klarna and paypal pay in 3 is only available online please feel free to click and collect.

Yes all though some stock errors do happen we only advertise products that we have in stock, If you are traveling a distance to purchase an item please order to secure the product as we can not promise it wont sell out before you arrive.

We Currently only Ship to the UK due to recent Issues with Customs

We Aim to Delivery all shipments to UK mainland in 1-2 working days but please allow additional days to Northern Ireland and Highlands.
Please also allow an extra day around Busy periods like Christmas/ Black Friday and just after bank holidays.

Once dispatched you will get a tracking number emailed to you as well as viewable on your Socom Tactical Account. Please allow till the evening of dispatch for tracking to update.

Yes sure! just order online and choose your pick up location at check out. you will get an email once ready for collection.

We operate a 14-day return policy on all products excluding 'Reduced To Clear' sale items. Please ensure all items are returned within their original packaging and in their original, unused condition.
If an item has been damaged by what is evidently customer use, we are unlikely to issue a full refund.
Please include your Name, Order number and reason in the package with out this it will sit in our warehouse waiting for you to call up complaining as we are unable to magically know who has returned product.
